How to cancel
You can cancel your Lovi subscription anytime, two ways:
- Log into your account at trylovi.com, go to "Manage Subscription," and click Cancel.
- Email us at hello@trylovi.com and we'll cancel it for you within one business day.
No phone calls, no retention scripts, no hoops.
Notice period
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. You can see your next renewal date anytime in your account portal.
When cancellation takes effect
Your subscription ends immediately. You won't be billed again, and no future orders will be created. Any subscription perks (subscriber pricing, free shipping) end with the cancellation.
Refunds on cancellation
Once a renewal charge has processed, that order is final and non-refundable as a subscription charge. However, our 90-day money-back guarantee still applies to the product itself — see below.
In-progress orders
If you cancel after a renewal has already been charged, that order will still ship. You keep the product. Cancellation stops all future renewals only.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Lovi. If it doesn't work for you, email hello@trylovi.com within 90 days of your order date for a full refund. Keep the product, no return required. The guarantee applies as long as your subscription remains active for at least 60 days. This gives the product enough time to actually work — cranberry concentrate at a saturating dose builds up over weeks, not days, and we've found that customers who cancel before the 60-day mark almost always do so before they've given it a fair chance. If you cancel your subscription within the first 60 days, the money-back guarantee no longer applies to that order.
Reactivation
Changed your mind? Log back into your account at trylovi.com and reactivate your subscription anytime. Your original subscriber pricing will be restored automatically.
Changes to subscription terms
We reserve the right to update pricing, product formulation, or subscription terms. If we make a material change, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you'll have the chance to cancel before the change applies.
