To help us sort things out quickly, please include:

- The email address you used at checkout
- A clear description of what you need help with
- Photos, if you're reporting a damaged or faulty item
Common requests
- Order status / tracking: check the shipping confirmation email we sent you first — the tracking link is in there. If it's not updating, email us.
- Returns: see our Refund Policy for the process, then email us to start a return.
- Wrong or faulty item: email us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
- Press, wholesale, or partnership enquiries: email us with "Partnership" in the subject line.
