Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of mylovi.com and any purchases you make from Lovi. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
By placing an order with us, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, sizes, and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur, and your device may display colours differently than they appear in person. Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any item.
Many of our products are sourced from international suppliers and shipped directly from overseas warehouses. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
Pricing
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices without notice — changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation email, but this is an acknowledgement only — a contract is formed only when we send a separate shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping and delivery are covered in our Shipping Policy. Your statutory right to cancel and our returns process are covered in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on mylovi.com — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
- Resell or commercially exploit any part of our site without permission
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that can't be limited under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Subject to the above, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Your statutory rights as a consumer aren't affected.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. This doesn't affect any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery times
Many of our products are shipped from international fulfillment partners. Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery after dispatch. We aim to be upfront about this — international shipping takes longer than UK-domestic, and we'd rather you know in advance than be surprised.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs processing, weather, courier issues, or peak periods (November–January especially).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We may run free shipping promotions from time to time — sign up to our newsletter to hear first.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It may take 1–3 business days for tracking to show movement after dispatch.
Customs and import duties
For orders under £135 delivered to the UK, we collect UK VAT at checkout, so there's nothing further to pay on delivery.
For orders over £135, UK VAT and any import duty are collected by the courier or HMRC on delivery. You're responsible for these charges. Contact your local customs office if you have questions about specific duty rates.
Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed delivery, or refused acceptance, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery — you'll be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window plus 7 days, or arrives damaged, email hello@mylovi.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier. We'll arrange a replacement or refund once the parcel is confirmed lost or the damage is documented.
